Our office is located at 4951 Long Prairie Rd, Suite 120, Flower Mound, TX 75028.

We are located north of the Flower Mound Presbyterian Hospital on the opposite side of the street.

Flu Shots are now available.  Please ask your provider for one at your next appointment or schedule for a nurse visit to get your's today.

Tuesday: 7am-5pm
Wednesday: 7am-5:45pm
Thursday: 7am-5:30pm
Friday: 7am-5pm

In office lab hours:  
M-F 7:30am - 4pm  (*Wednesday the lab opens at 8am*)
